1. On hand were Minister of Construction and Building–Materials Industries Tong Jong Ho, Vice– Minister of Foreign Affairs Kim Yong Il, Vice–Minister of Foreign Trade Ri Ryong Nam, Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK Wu Donghe, General Director of the Yaohua Glass Group Corporation of China Teng Fuquan, and other Chinese guests.

2. Also present there were members of the Chinese government economic and trade delegation led by Chen Jian, assistant to the minister of Commerce, Wu Donghe, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of the embassy here, Teng Fuquan, general director of the Yaohua Glass Group Corporation of China, and other Chinese technicians, workers and guests.

3. Present there on invitation were the government delegation of the People‘s Republic of China headed by Wu Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and vice–premier of the State Council of the PRC, Wu Donghe, Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of the Chinese embassy, Teng Fuquan, general director of the Yaohua Glass Group Corporation of China, and its cadres and Chinese technicians and workers who participated in the construction of the factory.

4. After a decree of the Presidium of the SPA of the DPRK was read out, Friendship Order First Class was awarded to Wu Yi, Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai, Wu Donghe, Vice–Minister of Foreign Affairs Wu Dawei, Assistant to Minister of Commerce Chen Jian, Chairman of the Yaohua Glass Group Corporation of China and Secretary of its party committee Cao Tianping, General Director of the corporation Teng Fuquan and An Min, vice–minister of Commerce, Friendship Order Second Class to 16 persons and Friendship Medal to 55 persons in recognition of their support to the Korean people in their efforts to build a great prosperous powerful socialist nation and contributions to the building of the factory as a monumental edifice to be recorded in the annals of the DPRK–China friendship.
